• Payment terms are 50% on engagement, 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Deliverables remain the intellectual property of Eigemy Ltd until full payment is received, at which point a licence to use the deliverables is granted to the client
• Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice, with fees due for work completed to that date

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and engagement details as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

Where we publish case studies or testimonials, these are anonymised or used with explicit client permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eigemy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a consulting engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
